We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Negotiator to join our team at Spicerhaart Estate Agents in Surrey. As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with prospective vendors and buyers to arrange property viewings and negotiate offers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Market properties to buyers using various marketing skills and strategies
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business through effective sales techniques and customer engagement
  • Conduct door-to-door canvassing and leaflet dropping to promote our services
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and enjoyable working environment
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work under own initiative
  • Good telephone manner and basic IT skills
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
