About the Opportunity

The Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Integrated Rehabilitation Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care for patients undertaking Cardiac or Pulmonary Rehabilitation in the community.

As an Integrated Rehabilitation Assistant, you will work as part of an integrated team, providing community-based Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation services. This includes delivering rehab programs, supervising group exercise classes, and providing home exercise programs for those unable to attend community-based programs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience within rehabilitation is essential for this role
  • You should possess knowledge of managing respiratory and cardiac conditions
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills are required
