Soccer Analyst

As a Soccer In-Stadium Analyst for Stats Perform - Academy, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data from soccer matches in the Premier League, Football League, Women's Super League, and other associated competitions.

• Deliver team-sheets and pre-game information in a timely manner to meet Opta deadlines.
• Collect in-play statistics and analysis live from grounds, working in collaboration with In-Office analysts.
• Confirm and clarify data collected via official sources where possible and appropriate.
• Acquire specialist knowledge of designated teams to ensure high-quality live analysis.
• Understand matchday procedures, in-game events, and team knowledge to provide accurate analysis.
• Interpret and communicate data clearly and concisely to In-Office analysts.
• Commit to ongoing training and improvement through specific feedback and quality assurance measures.

• Excellent communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of football and a genuine passion for the sport.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Knowledge and awareness of a club or clubs in your region.
• Experience in performance analysis and/or data collection is an advantage.
