Clinical Neuropsychologist

Job Type: Part-time, 3 days per week

Salary: Band 7, £44,000 to £51,000 per annum, pro-rata depending on experience

PJ Care is a leading provider of Specialist Neurological services, with residential sites in Milton Keynes and Peterborough. We offer a range of services to adults living with neurological conditions, including:

• Rehabilitation services for adults after brain injury, spinal injury, and stroke
• Dementias

Our multidisciplinary team includes a Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist, Clinical Neuropsychologist, Consultant Neuropsychiatrist, Speech and Language Therapist, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, and Assistant Psychologists. The successful candidate will work alongside the Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist and Clinical Neuropsychologist, providing direct clinical supervision. Experience of working with adults living with dementia or other neurological conditions is required. Key Responsibilities:

• Providing neuropsychological assessment, formulation, and interventions
• Meeting face-to-face with residents to provide a range of treatments
• Working with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, adjustment, insight, and awareness work
• Development and implementation of behavioral approaches
• Report writing and attendance at care reviews
• Supervision of Assistant Psychologists (dependent on experience)
