Higher Level Education Assistant

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Higher Level Education Assistant to join their team. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will provide critical support to teachers in planning and delivering lessons, ensuring that students receive the best possible education. You will also be responsible for providing one-on-one support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools, as well as a DBS check and GCSEs in English and Maths. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
