Main Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated GP Practitioner to join our team at Esher Green Surgery. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload and dealing with a range of health needs in a primary care setting.

Your duties will include undertaking face-to-face consultations, telephone consultations, making professional decisions in relation to presenting problems, screening patients for disease risk factors, and developing healthcare plans.

About Our Practice

Esher Green Surgery is a thriving practice located in the heart of Esher, opposite Sandown Park Racecourse. We are proud to be rated amongst the top 15% of practices in the country, in the most recent national GP Patient Survey. We have a Good CQC rating and a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

We are a training practice, currently hosting 4 x GP Trainees, and offer full support to become a GP trainer. Our team includes an exceptional Nursing team, including prescribing ACPs and Clinical Pharmacists, and we have access to opportunities, training, and support from our wider group of surgeries across South London and Surrey.

Person Specification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with patients and other healthcare professionals daily.
  • Experience of working in primary care / in a GP practice.
