We are seeking a dedicated and caring Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team at a wonderful 2 form entry Primary School in the BS4 area of Bristol.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a team of staff who support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to build their confidence in communication, social aspects, education, and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to students with ASD, promoting their academic and social growth.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement tailored learning plans.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children to reach their full potential.

Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant with experience working with children with ASD.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively.
