Residential Conveyancer Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our team on a flexible remote basis.

About the Role

This role involves managing a mixed caseload of conveyancing files, including the sale, purchase, and re-mortgage of freehold and leasehold properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
  • Handle freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and re-mortgage transactions.
  • Ensure efficient processing and completion of files using advanced IT systems.
  • Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently.
  • Excellent IT skills and familiarity with conveyancing software.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Professional qualifications are beneficial however not essential.
