The Role

  • Inspiring Education: Deliver engaging and differentiated Psychology lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5, fostering a deep understanding of psychological theories, research methods, and applications.
  • Curriculum Development: Contribute to the planning and delivery of a challenging and enriching Psychology curriculum that prepares students for university study and future careers.
  • Critical Thinking: Encourage students to analyze research findings, evaluate evidence, and develop their critical thinking skills.
  • Pastoral Involvement: Play an active role in the pastoral care of students, supporting their wellbeing and academic progress.

What We Offer
