Director of Quality and Safety Management

GSK is a global biopharma company with a commitment to putting science at the forefront of everything we do. We are seeking an experienced Director of Quality and Safety Management to join our team in the UK.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality management, pharmacovigilance operations, and regulatory compliance, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for developing and implementing quality strategies to ensure the integrity of safety data and compliance with external regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will also lead a small team of quality business partners and provide assurance to senior management that GSK processes are effective in ensuring patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality strategies to ensure the integrity of safety data and compliance with external regulatory requirements.
  • Lead a small team of quality business partners and provide assurance to senior management that GSK processes are effective in ensuring patient safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for quality improvement and develop solutions to address these gaps.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a scientific or quality-related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management, pharmacovigilance operations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong understanding of GCP, pharmacovigilance/drug safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience leading global multidisciplinary teams and managing key stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: £100,000 - £140,000 per annum.
