Academic Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Sociology Graduate to join our team as a Support Specialist. This role will provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs, working alongside experienced teachers and support staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to students with moderate to severe learning difficulties.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  • Assist with classroom management and create a positive social atmosphere.
  • Support students with autism, speech and language difficulties, and social and emotional needs.
