Company Overview: Galloway Community Hospital is a small 42-bedded rural community hospital in Stranraer, Scotland.

Job Description: We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide up to 37 hours/week clinical pharmacist service to the two medical wards at Galloway Community Hospital. The successful candidate will support the safe and effective use of medicines and pharmacy discharge needs of patients.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in clinical pharmacy and experience working in a hospital setting.
