About the Role

Zebrec is a leading technical recruitment consultancy specializing in the placement of skilled professionals in the audio visual systems integration industry. We are currently seeking an experienced AV Systems Designer to join our team of experts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate workloads in pre and post-sales environments to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Produce high-quality CAD drawings, schematics, plans, and associated documentation for live commercial AV projects.
  • Design and develop AV system schematics, positional layout drawings, rack layout drawings, and 'as-built' documentation.
  • Assist in the production of cable and component listings, including first-fix cable schedules and supplementary documentation.
  • Support mid-project variation documentation, drawings, and records.
  • Develop specialist drawings for custom production work.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the audio visual, lighting, building industry, or engineering sector.
  • Proficiency in DTools, AUTOCAD, or similar design software.
