Job Description

Role Overview


We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to manage our workshop team, which can include up to 7 technicians. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing workshop duties, including but not limited to:



  • Maintenance and repair of vehicles
  • Inventory management
  • Sales and customer service

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of automotive systems, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:



  • To lead and manage the workshop team, providing guidance and support as needed
  • To develop and implement effective processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • To maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
  • To collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
