About The Piano Works

The Piano Works are non-stop, late night, live music venues where nightly 8 skilled musicians interact with the audience and play their song requests. Our state-of-the-art sound & lighting systems and DJ's create an electric atmosphere that's perfect for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly first impression.
  • Serve drinks and food to guests on the floor, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organised seating area, clearing empty glasses, plates, and trash as needed.
  • Engage with guests, providing information on menu items, drink specials, and promotions.
  • Support the team with event setups, including Christmas parties, themed nights, and special events.
  • Go the extra mile to create magic moments for guests.

Requirements

  • A positive attitude and a passion for providing a magical guest experience.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, bar work, or customer service is a plus, but full training will be provided.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • A love for the festive season and the ability to spread holiday cheer.
