Graphic Design Lecturer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Design Lecturer to join our team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students, as well as contributing to the development of our Graphic Design programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions to students, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
  2. Develop and implement innovative curriculum materials, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  3. Provide individualized support and guidance to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement assessment strategies, ensuring students receive accurate and timely feedback.
  5. Contribute to the development of our Graphic Design programs, including curriculum design, program evaluation, and quality assurance.
  6. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Relevant teaching experience, preferably in a higher education setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Graphic Design principles, theories, and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
  • DBS clearance and a willingness to undergo regular checks.
