About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Team Leader. As a key member of our care staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

In this role, you will lead and supervise your shift, case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure the best care plans are created and delivered. You will also administer and record medication, carry out risk assessments, and work alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs.
