About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Principal Project Manager to join our team at CWA. As a key member of our Engineering and Technical section, you will play a crucial role in the Sizewell C project.

As Principal Project Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing temporary works procedures, ensuring they align with client requirements and industry standards. Your expertise will drive project success, and your passion for innovation will inspire your colleagues.

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Establish and Implement Temporary Works Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain contractor's temporary works procedures aligned with client procedure as per BS5975:2019.
  2. Drive Project Success: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, quality, and compliance.
  3. Innovative Solutions: Foster a culture of innovation, providing creative solutions to complex design challenges.
  4. Technical Governance: Support the Chief Engineer and Technical Director in achieving best technical governance.

The salary for this role is estimated at £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
