Commercial Litigation Solicitor Opportunity

Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent position.

A leading legal firm based in North Derbyshire is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' PQE and be comfortable running their own caseload.

The firm is looking for a Litigation and Dispute Resolution Solicitor who is ready for a fresh change with this exciting up and coming business and who can hit the ground running and has the ability to run their own case load, deal with a wide range of business disputes including but not limited to - management and ownership disputes, debt recovery, contract disputes, Landlord & Tenant, breach of contracts and IP to mention a few.

You will be expected to support clients and resolve legal disagreements and business related conflicts through negotiation, mediation, arbitration or litigation.

  • Working from home 1 day per week, but flexible.

  • A separate bonus in relation to clients that you have introduced to a department that they do not work in.
  • A bonus in respect of new candidates (i.e. staff they then employ) that they introduce to the Company.
  • Nest pension scheme.
  • Hours of work are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, dictated by client/work demands.
  • No formal dress policy in the office.
