We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled and motivated Care Assistant to join our team at UKCIL Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a real difference in people's lives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to a 25-year-old male with cerebral palsy, epilepsy, communication, and learning difficulties. This will involve waking nights from 7:30pm-8:30am, one night per week minimum, as well as additional daytime hours from 3:30pm-7:30pm, some weekends.

We offer a competitive salary of £**32,000-£40,000** per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career progression. As a Care Assistant at UKCIL Ltd, you will receive support and training where necessary to ensure you excel in your duties.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in a care setting, preferably with individuals with cerebral palsy and epilepsy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A current full driving licence is essential.
