Job Title: Family Solicitor Position

MCS Group is working alongside a leading firm in Greater Belfast. We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor who can take the lead in a thriving legal practice. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in family law and be able to join our dedicated team.

The Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with expertise in handling complex divorce and financial settlement cases. Key responsibilities include advising on child custody, contact arrangements, and child protection matters. Additionally, the candidate will manage cases involving prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, support clients in domestic violence and injunction proceedings, and represent clients in court as needed.

Key Requirements:
A qualified Solicitor with at least 5+ years PQE in family law and ideally experience in Wills and Probate. Proven expertise in managing complex and sensitive cases with discretion and empathy. Strong advocacy and negotiation skills are also required. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy caseload, are essential. A client-focused approach, delivering a high standard of service, is expected. Experience in mentoring or supervising junior staff is an advantage.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Generous holiday entitlement and additional perks are offered.
