Trade SpecialistWe are looking for a skilled trade specialist to join our team. This role will involve working with Senior Project Managers and Maintenance Managers, meeting with clients, and pricing work.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of patching up holes in walls, re-trimming and re-lining doors, and some painting and decorating skills.
Additionally, the successful applicant will assist on larger projects such as refits and six-figure office fit-outs.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work in a client-facing role and develop their trade skills further.
Salary: £32,000 - £42,500 per annum (dependent on experience)
