About the Role

Grosvenor Casino, a leading gaming and leisure operator in the UK, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced F&B Team Leader to join our team in Liverpool.



Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Food and Beverage Team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure effective resource allocation and budget management within the department.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and skills.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Support the Management Team in promoting new business initiatives and driving sales growth.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and appraisals to ensure team members are meeting expectations and developing their skills.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with current promotions and products.


Requirements
  • Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts and weekends.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and manage stock levels.
