Warehouse Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at DX Network Services Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate the incoming goods, storage, and dispatch of items in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all warehousing activities are undertaken in line with the Operations Manual and service centre working instructions.
- Manage and supervise a team of warehouse operatives to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring that all stock is accurately recorded and stored.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of organizational and time management skills.
