We are seeking an exceptional Early Years teacher to lead our 2-3 year-old provision at Henley Green Primary School. As an integral member of our team, you will play a key role in shaping the educational journey of our students, fostering their physical, emotional, social, and intellectual growth. Your primary responsibility will be to lead our Little Acorns provision, creating an enabling environment where children can thrive.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will join a supportive team, working together to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Our Little Acorns provision serves as the foundation for children's education at Henley Green School, overseen by our Deputy Head and Early Years Lead.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
  • Proven experience in Early Years settings, particularly with 2-3 year olds
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Awareness of Health and Safety practices and hygiene protocols

Salary Range:
This position comes with a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
