Installation Administrator Role

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Installation Administrator to join our team at Anderson Recruitment. As an Installation Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Installation Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our installation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist the Installation Manager in all admin-related matters, including answering phone calls, collating new installation packs, and coordinating service calls.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • General Office Support: Order stationery and other installation-related products, and ensure all company databases are updated.
  • Liaison with Teams: Ensure installation teams have the necessary information and parts for completion of works.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous projects/scheduling experience is highly advantageous
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5pm, and Friday, 8:30am to 3pm. Salary: £25-30k depending on experience.
