We require a proactive, problem-solving sales hunter to maximize sales, revenue, and profitability of Tradebe's customer base. Using your excellent organisational and relationship management skills, you'll ensure a class-beating customer experience while seeking out opportunities for delivering added value for our clients and profitable growth for Tradebe and the wider Group.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage sales leads and pipeline to increase revenue and profit for our facilities.
• Engage with non-NHS organisations to increase waste volumes into the region's disposal facilities.
• Build effective relationships with new business contacts within the Healthcare sector, with a view to developing long-term customer relationships to grow individual account portfolios.
• Maintain and develop an effective working relationship with operations to ensure customer service is delivered post-sale in line with the customer and contract requirements.
• Work with customers to check pre-acceptance reports, including the completion of customer pre-acceptance audits as and when required in line with sales process.
What Qualities Are We Looking For?
• Sales experience in the Healthcare Industry is essential.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required.
• Proven account management skills are a must.
• Sales/retention experience is essential.
• Experience of waste management, particularly clinical and hazardous waste, is desirable. This can include general waste and recycling knowledge and experience.
