Is looking for an experienced Care Manager to join their team.

About the Job

This is a full-time position involving leadership of a residential care team and responsibility for ensuring that all aspects of resident care are met.

As a Senior Care Director, you will be required to provide guidance and support to carers and ensure that the provision of person-centred care meets the highest standards.

The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the Operations Director to ensure that the care home facility operates efficiently and effectively.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of carers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
  • Develop individualized care plans for residents in consultation with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Supervise and train carers on best practices and ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the needs of residents.

Requirements
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a management role within the healthcare or residential care industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
