Care Home Nursing Expert

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Caledonia Care Home, a leading provider of nursing and residential care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents with dementia, old age, and physical disabilities.
  • Lead and motivate a team of nursing staff to deliver safe and effective care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policy.
  • Administer prescribed medicines and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure the correct ordering, storage, and administration of drugs.
  • Participate in quality assurance systems and promote a culture of excellence.

Requirements:
  • Qualified and registered with the NMC as RGN/RMN/RNLD.
  • Experience in elderly and dementia care environments.
  • Confident in all areas of care planning and delivery.
  • Able to work a flexible shift pattern.
  • Satisfactory CRB/DBS checks.
