Senior Property Management Surveyor

A seasoned Property Management professional responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a diverse commercial property portfolio.
This role requires regular and direct communication with institutional fund management clients and the supervision of a team of property managers, graduates, and on-site staff.
You will work closely with the Property Accounts team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain close professional relationships with clients, tenants, and colleagues.
- Prepare formal and detailed client reports on property management services, including quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports.
- Administer and record rental and other income, including tenant indebtedness, accurately and efficiently.
- Oversee service charge expenditure and ensure tenants comply with lease obligations.
- Provide professional advice and support to clients on value enhancement assets, rent reviews, lettings, and lease renewal programs.
- Upsell specialist services and leverage knowledge from the Environmental and Sustainability team, Building Surveying services, and placemaking initiatives.
- Undertake or arrange property inspections, assist clients in property acquisitions and disposals, and deal with tenant applications for consent to assign, sublet, and alter.
A proactive, practical, and positive approach to work is essential.
Excellent and professional communication skills, with the ability to build gravitas amongst clients, are paramount.
MRICS qualification is preferred, and as a Senior Property Management Surveyor, you will be expected to support the early careers of our Graduates and Apprentices working towards their professional qualification.
