Job Title: Payroll Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Kenton Black Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payrolls, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payrolls for small and high-volume clients
  • Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and deadlines
  • Process CIS returns, BACS transmissions, and FPS/EPS
  • Manage P45s, P46s, and P60s
  • Handle HMRC queries and client liaison

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in payroll processing
  • Knowledge of CIS returns and HMRC regulations
  • Strong client liaison skills
  • Bookkeeping/accounts experience desirable
