Salary: £85,000 - £110,000 per annumJob Description:- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group support to students, helping them develop positive behaviour and emotional well-being strategies.
- Act as a key point of contact for behavioural incidents, assisting with de-escalation and supporting students through challenging moments.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create and implement behaviour support plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Mentor students in building social skills, resilience, and conflict resolution abilities, promoting a positive school experience.
- Work closely with teachers, school counselors, and external professionals to create a holistic support network for each student.
- Regularly assess students' progress and communicate insights to teachers and parents, ensuring ongoing, responsive support.
- A compassionate approach and patience in managing the unique challenges students face.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with staff, students, and parents.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, supportive team environment.
- Prior experience working in a similar role or with children who have behavioural needs is advantageous but not essential.
