Facilities Maintenance Assistant

We are looking for a highly motivated Facilities Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Care New England Health System. This role involves maintaining the physical environment of our facilities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
The estimated salary for this position is $48,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package and opportunities for professional growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining all floor surfaces, including stripping, refinishing, and shampooing.
- Performing trash removal services, including separating trash using waste management and recycling policies.
- Moving heavy furniture or equipment as assigned.
- Checking and replenishing necessary items as needed.
To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of six months job-related experience. Our ideal candidate is physically fit, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
