Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled High-Frequency Trading Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance trading systems that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement high-performance trading systems.
  • Analyze time series network and exchange protocol captures to identify performance improvements.
  • Research and evaluate exchange features and architecture to minimize market latency.
  • Automate the collection and analysis of metrics that track trading performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design experiments and optimize trading infrastructure.
  • Enhance hardware-based trading strategies (FPGA) for better fill rates and system reliability.
  • Use C++ for exchange messaging debug and Python for data metrics.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Knowledge of exchange features and architecture.
  • Experience with metric collection and analysis.
  • Excellent collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in C++ and Python programming languages.
