About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our client's HR & Payroll team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert HR advice and support to employees and managers across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching and mentoring managers to develop their HR skills and knowledge
- Supporting managers through investigations, absence reviews, and performance-related issues
- Providing guidance on employment law and procedures
- Managing absence cases and providing support to employees
- Supporting change processes and providing KPI data and metrics
- Compliance administration and review of internal reward and benefits
- Extensive project work and generalist HR support
Requirements:
- CIPD level 3 or 5 qualification
- Previous experience working at Advisor level
- Strong generalist HR skillset and experience of a varied day-to-day workload
- Driven and open-minded HR professional with a passion for HR
