As an Area Manager, FC Operations, you will be responsible for leading one of the main teams in your Fulfillment Center, ensuring that all workflows run smoothly and customer expectations are met. You will drive the training and integration of your team, while motivating and inspiring forward progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Safeguard your team's safety, promoting Amazon's Health and Safety standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams, tasked with solving operational problems.
- Uphold Amazon's high standards of process quality.
- Maintain inventory accuracy.
- Strive to improve and streamline processes.
- Become a subject matter expert on larger FC processes and activities.
- Actively share and promote best practices with your colleagues and network.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or working towards a bachelor's degree).
- Fluent and effective communication in English, encompassing both spoken and written forms.
- Relevant experience in performing data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership.
- Experience in a logistical working environment.
- Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
