Job Summary

We're seeking an International Experience Specialist EMEA to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you'll be responsible for implementing a comprehensive onboarding program that ensures a seamless and memorable transition for new hires.

You'll facilitate virtual onboarding sessions, manage administrative tasks, and coordinate employee experience events to foster a positive company culture.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization and help shape the future of our team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires in the EMEA region
  • Facilitate virtual onboarding sessions and manage administrative tasks
  • Coordinate employee experience events and activities to foster a positive company culture
  • Manage new hire documentation, access, and system setup
  • Coordinate background screening and compliance
  • Track new hire lunch budgets and time clocks
  • Oversee the setup and tracking of time clocks for new hires
  • Coordinate the annual internship summer program
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar or related position
  • Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office, and web browsers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Strong rapport building skills
  • Ability to learn and use new tools quickly
  • Can adapt to constant change
