About the Role

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care and support to children with complex needs
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Supporting children with seizure management, oral suction, gastrostomy, and medication administration
  • Participating in moving and handling (hoisting) procedures

You will work closely with our Clinical Nurse Managers, Compliance and Rota Team, and Clinical Educators to ensure the best possible care for our children.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
