Financial Operations Controller

The Operations Finance Controller plays a crucial role in the management team of the plant, ensuring a seamless link between accounting and controlling and the strategic development of the site in line with the overall group strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Operations and Supply Chain functions in achieving their objectives and plans.
- Develop and manage the budget according to the Business Group's structure.
- Collaborate with Procurement to identify and address raw material issues.
- Provide plant management with analysis of costs evolution, including corrective and preventive action plans to maintain financial control.
- Support Operations and Supply Chain colleagues in Capex requests and investments, adhering to group standards.
- Monitor conversion costs, variances, Supply Chain costs, and G&A costs impacting Operations P&L, and propose cost optimization actions.
- Prepare monthly reporting in accordance with the Business Group's format.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
- Previous experience in the international FMCG industry, with 5+ years in a multi-national environment.
- Strong background in financial ERP systems, especially SAP.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
