Support Staff Member

**Job Overview:**
Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Staff Member to join our team in Castle Cary. In this role, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to service users, respecting their dignity and autonomy.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on 20 hours of work per week. You will receive enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour and premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour (terms and conditions apply).
