Property Custodian

Priory Group is a leading provider of adult care services, supporting individuals with learning and physical disabilities. We are currently seeking a dedicated Property Custodian to join our team at Blyton Court in Gainsborough.

As a Property Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the property and its assets, ensuring they are safe, secure, and well-maintained. This will involve responding to maintenance requests, performing routine maintenance tasks, and participating in building projects and repairs.

You will need to have a strong background in building and grounds maintenance, excellent organisational skills, and effective communication abilities. A full, clean driving licence is also essential.
