Are you passionate about beauty and luxury? We are seeking a highly skilled Beauty Consultant to join our team at the La Prairie Counter in John Lewis Oxford Street. As a full-time La Prairie Beauty Consultant, you will be our Maison Ambassador, ensuring a delightful and exceptional personalized skincare luxury service to our discerning clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to the La Prairie Art of Beauty facial guidelines to maintain consistent and up-to-date standards.
  • Skilfully combine Art of Beauty and sales skills to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
  • Build a loyal client base by identifying customer needs and preferences.
  • Develop business plans to maximize the beauty room's potential during key events and launches.
  • Drive sales with new launches and marketing-led programs.
  • Invite every customer to a skincare consultation and introduce our 'Diamond Service'.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of the EPOS System for customer records.
  • Offer our Art of Perfection to every customer.
  • Ensure events are fully stocked and relevant customers have been contacted.

Visual Merchandising:

  • Maximize the La Prairie image in-store.
  • Present the beauty room in luxury standards while working with the visual merchandising team to meet company guidelines.
  • Ensure the counter is spotlessly clean and well-maintained.
  • Ensure the counter is fully stocked, with products stored by category and shade sequence.

Requirements:

  • Client-focused and dedicated to providing a luxury experience.
  • Polished, approachable, and friendly communication skills.
  • Dedicated to achieving/exceeding KPIs.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a small team.
