We are looking for a skilled People and Culture Advisor F/H to join our team at Royal Museums Greenwich. As a key member of the People and Culture department, you will be responsible for implementing employee wellbeing and diversity and inclusion initiatives, managing the RMG employee life cycle, and providing reactive and proactive HR support.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, and have a deep understanding of HR principles and practices.

This is a full-time, permanent role in Band 4 – Senior Specialists, offering a salary of around £55,000 per year, plus benefits such as a generous pension scheme, 25 days annual leave (rising to 30 days after one year) plus bank holidays, 30% discount in our cafes and shops, interest-free season ticket and bike loans, training opportunities, and continuous performance management reviews.
