We are recruiting for a unique supported living service in the beautiful Dorset countryside. As a Care Assistant, you will be working with individuals who have learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and mental health support needs. The people we support also enjoy a range of activities in the community, and are looking for team members who can encourage them to be as independent as possible and make their own choices.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of individual care plans and progress.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to provide a high-quality service.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects.
