**Hours of Work:** 4on 4 off Days and Nights Shift - 07:00 - 19:00 / 19:00 - 07:00

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a commercial building in London Bridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations, as well as working with the maintenance team to ensure the efficient operation of the building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance
  • Work as part of a team to utilize other skills as required
  • Perform AHU / FCU / HVAC maintenance
  • Conduct PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and building fabrics
  • Perform PAT testing
  • Assist with general building maintenance and helpdesk requests
Requirements
  • Electrically qualified level 3
  • 18th edition (if electrically qualified)
  • Experience working in a large commercial building
  • Ability to provide copies of trade certificates
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent customer skills
