About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our CAMHS service, specializing in ADHD. This new post will require drive and enthusiasm to develop the role alongside the Occupational Therapy Team Lead and ADHD CAMHS team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and intervene with children and young people with possible ADHD
  • Work closely with the Occupational Therapy Team Lead and ADHD CAMHS team to develop the role
  • Provide therapy and support to children and families in community settings across Dumfries and Galloway
  • Collaborate with health, education, and community services to ensure multi-agency practice
Requirements
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Commitment to service improvement and ability to work independently
  • Essential car driver due to extensive travel requirements
