Mathematics Instructor

About the Job:

We are looking for a talented Maths Lecturer to join our team in London. As a Maths Lecturer, you will play a key role in planning and delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment on Maths courses.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment on Maths courses.
2. Ensure positive student outcomes and meet academic performance targets.
3. Contribute to developing Maths curricula based on national best practices.
4. Administer courses, contribute to marketing initiatives, and maintain compliance with College policies.
5. Participate in quality assurance procedures, including assessment and internal verification.
6. Support unemployed adult learners and remove barriers to training.

Requirements:

• PGDE or other level 4+ teaching qualification.
• Relevant English/Literacy qualifications, ideally at level 4.
• Experience delivering Maths L2 and GCSE.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience. The College also offers excellent pension schemes, including employer contributions, and access to an onsite gym, discounts in in-house restaurants, and hair and beauty treatments.
