About the Role:
We are recruiting for a Care Assistant to join our team in Morley, Leeds. If you have experience as a Carer for family or friends, you could make an excellent candidate for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals to meet their outcomes, involving families and professionals.
- Provide personal care that respects people's dignity.
- Promote independence using enabling approaches.
- Deliver personalised care through individual choice and control.
- Communicate effectively, documenting and sharing information with the right people at the right time.
- Connect people to their communities, accessing local support and services.

Induction Training:
We will provide comprehensive training on Be Caring values, dignity and respect, and other essential topics to ensure you are equipped to excel as a Care Assistant.
Shift Patterns:
- Early shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm.
- Late shift: 4:00pm - 10:00pm.
Working Hours:
- Alternate full weekends, or every Saturday or every Sunday.
- Evenings as agreed within your working hours.
Benefits:
- Mileage: 45p per mile for drivers.
- Shift pay, rather than pay per call.
