Christmas Sales Assistant/Driver Opportunity

We are seeking a vibrant and ambitious Sales Assistant/Driver to join our team at Majestic Wine Harrogate during the festive season.

As a Sales Assistant/Driver, you will play a key role in supporting our store team to boost sales and ensure the smooth operation of our store. Your mission will be to help our customers discover and buy wines, beers, and spirits they will love this Christmas.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive store performance by embracing sales opportunities and exceeding targets.
  2. Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  3. Share your passion for our products with customers.
  4. Maintain our store's impeccable appearance.
  5. Contribute to all operational tasks required for the day-to-day running of Majestic Wine store.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent time management, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
  2. Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Self-motivated, able to thrive when working alone and as part of a team.
  4. A can-do attitude with a knack for solving challenges.
  5. Adaptable and resilient to meet the ever-changing demands of our business.
  6. Wine, beer, and spirits knowledge is a plus, but a passion for learning is essential.
  7. Hold a full UK/EU/EEA driving license for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
