About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Instructor Assessor to join our Creative Arts Department at Solihull College & University Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering and assessing our Creative Industries Production Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical training and assessment to apprentices in live events and production theatre settings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment with industry demands.
  • Contribute to the development and review of curriculum materials and resources to support apprentice learning.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge and experience in live events and production theatre settings.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of the creative industry for live events and productions and be able to operate live performances at a high level. We offer a competitive salary up to £16,986 per annum and excellent benefits package.
